The first birthday is the most special. They all are exciting and special but the first is like a major milestone of we made it through the first year! We kept this baby alive!! Here have some cake! Haha
Since Olivia’s birthday was in June, I thought it would be cute and easy to do an icecream theme. The stores had tons of stuff and I could use all of my leftover items from her baby shower and gender reveal party.
I even got crafty and finally made some things I pinned on Pinterest! The party was amazing and Olivia took some of her first steps in front of the whole family.
I’ve been to so many other friends and families kids birthday parties wondering if we would ever have one of our own, so it was such an amazing feeling to be there in that moment celebrating our sweet angel turning one.
